Rotten Kings son una joven banda palmesana de rock alternativo de la que ya os hemos hablado en alguna que otra ocasión. Ahora acaban de presentar About You, una canción sentida y nostálgica que nos habla de la dificultad de mantener vivas y frescas las amistades de toda la vida debido al peso de las responsabilidades y obligaciones inherentes a la vida adulta. Con un sonido a caballo entre el indie pop y el rock progresivo, con algunas pinceladas de electrónica, el tema presenta una cuidada producción gracias a Rotten Kings y Jaume Gelabert, de Tramuntana Estudis. Acompañan el lanzamiento con un videoclip dirigido por Daniel Solé y Carol Hazas.
Rotten Kings nace como grupo en 2016 integrado por Jordan Ríos (voz y guitarra rítmica), Alberto Roldán (guitarra solista y coros), Fausto Micheletti (bajo y coros) y Daniel Solé (batería y coros). En 2019 publicaron el sencillo Without Help. A inicios de 2021 avanzaron el single «Old Town» como parte del EP Raindrops, publicado en marzo de 2021, con el que se incorporaron al sello Blau.
